SecuLetter achieved CC(Common Criteria) 2 EAL 2 for 'MARS V2' (non-executable file malicious code diagnosis system)

Date: Mar 24, 2019

Security Letter (CEO Lim Seong-sung) 's' MARS V2' (non-executable file malicious code diagnosis system) product obtained CC certification from the IT security certification office on May 24th.
Through this CC certification, SECURETTER plans to actively target the non-executable file malicious code market in the public sector.

'MARS V2' has a technology that detects, analyzes, and blocks malicious code flowing into non-executable files using reverse engineering diagnostic technology.
It analyzes the file source code and detects it before the sleep operation at the assembly level regardless of whether or not it acts.

Because it analyzes and diagnoses at the assembly level without waiting for the action, it effectively blocks document file malware that cannot be caught by existing action-based solutions.
The feature is that the diagnostic time and mail reception delay time are significantly reduced compared to the behavior-based solution. SLE and SLF also acquired GS certification 1st grade in 2017.
